Dissolving Method:
Add QR-508 into container and stir, add a certain proportion of water while stirring, stir for 20~30 mins until the mixture turn into transparent liquid, then filter and discharge.

Field of Application:
1. Suitable for all kinds of soft, fluffy and rebound finishing
2. Apply to the raising, sanding finishing of all kinds of velvets and softening finishing of yarn and sweaters
3. Apply to softening finishing of cotton, linen, viscose and blended fabrics
4. Applicable to both dyeing houses and washing plants
Application:
1. Padding: Dosage: 20~50g/L (QR-508:water=1:3)
Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping: Dosage: 2~10% (o.w.f)
Temperature: 30~40℃
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15
Time: 30 mins
Storage and Packing:
1. Shelf life: 6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
2. Packing: 120kg plastic drum
